Original, signed  passport.

Your Passport must have at least 6 months remaining validity on the date of travel and have at least 2 clean pages for visa issue.

Include 2x  passport style photo, with a white background, taken within the last 6 months.

Passport must have at least 6 months remaining on the date of travel and have 1 visa page clear of any markings.

Passport Photo: 2x  Include a passport style photo, with a white background, taken within the last 6 months. please use the upload facility on the submission form below.

Certificate of Eligibility. A clear colour copy is required by the embassy - The  Certificate of Eligibility issued by the Ministry of Justice in Japan must be dated less than three months prior to visa application lodging ( dispensations are currently being considered where applications have been delayed for Covid 19 suspension.
