Business Visa 
 

Democratic Republic of the Congo visa application form. 

Passport. Present a passport or travel document which is valid for at least six (6) months and 2 pages at least.

​

Photos. Present two (2) recent photos (passport size) with uniform background.

​

Proof of Address. The Applicant must provide a proof of their address in the UK in the form of a recent utility bill.

​

Itinerary. Copy of round trip tickets or confirmed itinerary.

​

Yellow Fever Vaccination. Copy of International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever.

​

Employment Letter. An original letter from your employer/school (on business letterhead, with contact details), stating that a leave of absence has been granted and that you will be returning to your current job. The Employment Letter must be addressed to Democratic Republic of the Congo High Commission If you are self-employed, include a copy of your business license and tax return. If you are retired please submit proof of your retirement fund.

Approval. An Engagement De Prise En Charge issued by the Direction Generale De Migration in DR Congo approving the visit.
